Important Notice: Current Communication Disruptions and Implementation of the Study Process

Posted: 25.10.2024| Category:

Due to a cyber attack on the University of Maribor, we are currently unreachable via our usual institutional communication channels, such as email and phones. As a result, we are unable to receive or respond to your messages and calls at this time.

The Moodle online classroom is currently unavailable, and Microsoft 365 services are operating with limited functionality.

You can reach us in person; the Office hours of Student Affairs at the Faculty of Tourism (in Brežice) will be open every business day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. until further notice. You can also reach us at the mobile phone number: +386 51 679 683.

We would like to inform you that the Faculty of Tourism, University of Maribor, will be closed from Thursday, October 31, 2024, through Monday, November 4, 2024, due to the holidays on October 31 and November 1. During this period, no study activities or other faculty operations will take place. It will also not be possible to receive mail, emails, or calls addressed to the faculty.

Study process

The academic process for FT UM students continues as scheduled. The timetable is available at the following link: timetable (https://wise-tt.com/wtt_ft_en/).

There are no changes to in-person classes; they will continue as usual.

Meetings originally scheduled online will still take place as planned. Links to online lectures for each course, according to the timetable, will be posted daily on our website. We kindly ask you to check the website regularly to ensure you can join the sessions (here).

Updates

Any updates will be posted on the Faculty of Tourism UM website (ft.um.si/en) and on our social media channels, Facebook and Instagram.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
