RESEARCH FIELD
My current field of research is primarily sports tourism, which is intertwined with sustainable development, tourism motivation and the view of different generations. As part of the Tourism 4.0 and BestMED projects, research is being carried out mainly in the field of sustainable tourism development. Past areas of research have also covered destination management, wine tourism and cultural and natural heritage.

TEACHING APPROACH
Through seminars and fieldwork, I want to encourage students to self-initiative learning, gaining experience outside the faculty and thinking about their career path. I try to present the importance of innovative thinking and thus prepare students as much as possible for work after graduation. As part of seminar assignments and field exercises, I also emphasize the importance of connecting with the economy in learning and gaining experience.
