RESEARCH FIELD
My research field is economy, social innovations and management and I have broad practice in regional planning and practice on national and local level within structural and cohesion fund. Following evidence based analytics I was doing a lot on promotion of social systems and policy measures, capacity and institutional building, public and individual empowerment for transformation of systems. I am highly motivated to research and prepare papers addressing contemporary problems and challenges. I have been always putting great efforts to build new research working relationships of trust and confidence among partners. As a state undersecretary for European Social Fund, an auditor, and as an associate professor I have broad knowledge about monitoring and evaluation (being a monitoring committee member, preparing M&E guidelines and papers for international conferences in Berlin, Lisbon, etc.). I am Erasmus+ and EHEA evaluator, I have the capacity for strategic analytical thinking as I have experience in advisory bodies and committees, my work shows a deep commitment to the success of EU priority missions.

TEACHING APPROACH
I am an associated professor and my key qualification is also EU legal framework, policy, measures and instruments. Having good knowledge of is allowing me to empower active participation in the discussions of different groups, meetings and conferences but also transferrin actual knowledge and EU information to students. My lectures bring deeper access to information and knowledge and also social and innovation needs that must respond to the needs of society that reflect its values in the community. During my lectures of business finance, management and accountancy I put in the focus not only to legal framework and theory, but also to the ethics and responsibility for sustainable development goals agenda.
During all my life and professional work, I have been doing my best to promote the dialogue between science, politics, academia and the society and its citizens. I am still active to develop and promote the role of knowledge and science in society. My lectures and round tables were about research, also social innovation respond to the concrete and actual needs of society, reflect its values in the community. My academic focus is using efficient methods of involving students in asking questions and in discussion, also to listen new and read actual readings.

PERSONAL DESCRIPTION
My CV proves my experiences working across public, private and civil society sector, also different sectors and public finances, research and innovation, also coordinating work along ministries, public and civil institutions and enterprises. I provided communication and advice at national, European (European Commission) or international levels (UNDP); these work (as High Level Group member on maximising the impact of EU research and innovation programmes who prepared LAB-FAB-APP recommendations and the Conference ′the EU future we want′, UNDP consultant in Bosnia, Albania) included communication with broad range of stakeholders, meetings, exchanging ideas, workshops and conferences). My understanding of the European policy context is actual and deep. From 2022 I am a Cancer Board Mission Member within European Commission and DG Research.
